  i got it after the 3km route march, medical officer yesterday see my X-ray says my spine is like not fully developed.......so have to out of course for me and downgrade mi when i go see specialist...
  
  i gotta shock juz nw when my mom ask mi to some running.....i said our sargeants and sir ask us to rest during this time......
