  girl, go to www.ica.gov.sg
  
  click on the e-services APPLES bit
  
  and see that it's $60 to apply through the e-services thing.. but you gotta use a credit card
  
  also, if you go there and send it in via the mailbox at ICA Building, it's $60.. that's why the fishydude said give it to him..

  can... ATM deducting machines on the ground floor... just use it to pay for your passport.. i think put in the receipt.. ask the counter staff at the ground floor about it coz i'm not sure how they do it there..
