  I refused the job during probation after assessing the suitablilty in the shortest period i could manage. We agreed that it is pointless if i served the notice (1 month, i'll be draining his resource primarily) so I just have to give 24 hrs. The next week i recieved a call and the financial controller informed me the management has decided not to pay me for the time and work I have contributed for the duration I was there.
