senstive issue leh.. many deny violently that they are snorers...Originally posted by choco B:Went on a road trip to Malaysia with this girl friend for the first time. Goodness found out she was a snorer. Could hear her rumbling away on the coach. But she doesn't know it.
Is it appropriate to tell her that she snores?
perhaps try to hint her?Originally posted by choco B:Went on a road trip to Malaysia with this girl friend for the first time. Goodness found out she was a snorer. Could hear her rumbling away on the coach. But she doesn't know it.

but some skinny ppl do snoreOriginally posted by choco B:Overweight people more likely to snore. You're skinny so think most likely safe.
actually i tink it's ok to snore...Originally posted by choco B:Too sensitive. And yet it's cruel NOT to tell her.
There was another group stayover and the next morning, my friends were saying jokingly "some people were snoring the whole night! " but no names were mentioned. But I felt so bad for her because I think she is one of people they're talking about.

sooner or later, she'll find out.. maybe better from you, in a tactful manner, than others who might make fun of the whole situation?
speaking of that, i share room with my bro... sometimes, he can keep me up for half an hour if i'm not that tired... i can be a huge snorer too
hmm true.. sometimes it can be embarrassing esp if u snore loudlyOriginally posted by choco B:It is ok. But just kinda... embarassing I guess. :S

Yeah when I next get the chance I must do something for her.
Kaoz you and your bro sleeping in the same room somemore, can wake the house. One snore in tenor and the other in bass, harmonised snoring.

most of the time, snoring is a symptom of Obstructive Sleep Apnea...
i know.. i had it.. removed tonsils to help remove the obstruction
when you sleep, you may just stop breathing because of the obstruction (which causes snoring) and the carbon dioxide level builds up to dangerous levels...
may even cause a heart-attack...
get her to find out if she is suffering from that?
