  stupid Staff Appraisal Reports which no one reads!
  
  my boss is meticulous so gotta do it.. instead of sending in rubbish.. the past bosses knew it was crap and no one reads them so they didn't care..
  
  fricken organisation is 3000 strong... HR is about 7 Execs which includes the boss and her deputy...
