You mean Beaufort? It's only one restuarant there with the seafood buffet... I think they have the BBQ too yeah, should be it. Never been there though, price supposedly pretty steep.

yah.. saw a cat walk past a while ago... but the the cat will be shish-kebab if it gets near the chicken... the security guys are quite fond of the chicken
and soup? sure-fire way of cooking great soup...
necessary: slow cooker...
stuff: radishes, dried cuttlefish, lots of pork ribs...
boil pork ribs in water.. once it starts to boil, remove and pour away water.. fill pot with cold water (basically to "wash" the pork ribs)
transfer pork ribs into slow cooker
wash 1 whole dried cuttlefish and cut into 2 or 3 pieces.. throw into slow cooker..
wash and cut up radishes.. throw into slow cooker..
cook for about 12 to 24 hours...

it's a very romantice place.. especially the restaurant, The Cliff.. your can request them to set up the gazebo for two persons to dine.. (one of my future proposal plans, hehehe) -

If you're referring to the chocolate buffet at Fullerton, yeah I've been! Not fantastic but definitely a must try once.

Yup this soup good. Unfortunately my mom is against preserved stuff so she's not keen on dried cuttlefish.
