  oh dear... poor girl.. i hope you rested in the weekend and did nothing but rest...
  
  do try to drink lots of water yah? it helps clear out everything..
  
  after work, do go back and rest too? food poisoning wreaks havoc on the body...

  i rested for the whole of fri, and sat afternoon, went to work at nite.
  was like eat medicine, sleep, wake up, eat medicine n sleep again. was never so glad to have an injection before.

  my 1st experience of food poisoning is while on the way to Genting. The tummyache, coupled with the long bus ride and yucky stop-overs made it a very terrible trip.... Aaaarrrrrgh!!
