lamps just heat up the area, increase circulation, loosen muscles
and do dry hair.. when i let things dry on me, it kinda hurts these days

but ever since i saw this doc abt this two women who wrestles for a living.... i was put off for life. They actually litter the floor with nails and stuff and hit each other with the metal chairs and bars or watever they can get their hands on...
Fictitous as it may be, they actually did suffer injuries..... and all tat blood and open wounds....aaarrgghhhh
