ya no need to use fear like going to hell for instance. or going to heaven via Jesus only. if people like osama can go to heaven cos he accepted Jesus, then what kind of a heaven and god that is so blind to his acts of atrocities.
Whatever, I am glad I am out of the shit. Hallelujah!! ke ke ke hur hur hur!!
dun understand how could someone believe in something that does not exists.

Then they will tell you, if not for god, who does nature works? as usual, always use god to explain and clarify for things that are known to science and those unknown. this method was quite workable in the past where science were backward and rudimentary, but in this day and age, the concept has became outdated, outmoded and quite frankly superstitious to attribute everything to god. the concept and by way of explanations are very inferior indeed.
The free-will actually means you can do anything you want. And it also means sin, not that God won't punish us. LOL.

no god in my vocabulary cos it doesnt exists. so is SATAN. they only live in the minds of those who believed them, not those who does not believe in their existence.

so god wont punish us?
nice
no I do not have a sin cos I do not have their belief system. only in that belief system will the believers believe that they have sins. since I do believe in that, what sin do I have.
There's nothing wrong with prata and Christianity...I think your friend is abit weird.
Food is food...a Christian can eat by faith, If he is a Christian, he should believe He who is in us is greater than whatever is in the world...nothing will happen to you, no matter what food you eat, or who cooked it...whether the cook is believer/non-believer has no relevance.
Hmm...but the sin part...whether you believe in sin or not, it still applies if it is real. So its better you figure if its real first.
Its like the law in every country, its a crime to kill, steal, rob....even if you don't believe. So you kill someone and tell them you don't believe their law, so u're not under their law...u think it matters?
Think about it...

why many christians say that they cannot eat the offerings (food) from taoists or buddhists. many claimed that they fell ill or felt sick after eating them. if your statement is true, why christians are not allowed to enter taoist or buddhist temples ? many christians claimed they fell ill after entering because these are satanic. thus, many christians are not convinced by your statement :He who is in us is greater than whatever is in the world
unlike buddhists or taoists, many go to church (church weddings or whatever) without fear.

we will only know when the day we die. i have done my homework. if the day i die and i find that there is after-life, i will cry out for buddha because buddha accepts spirit who repent. if after dying, there is no spirit, so be it. decide which to believe after death lol.

hello, u starting cult sect, cult group??
Frankly, i am quite amazed that a topic started by a "gila" has spawned so many posts. Whether the christian eats or not, shouldn't we be respectful of what he/she choose? Even so, how many of us actually knows what is going on, before even passing our own judgement.
Surely, some of you here are aethists, even so, let's deal with such topics with tons of maturity and sensitivity. Looking at the amount of threads/posts under one's profile, surely, I think some have really put their points across that I don't think anymore is really necessary, do you agree??

If religious people did not go about trying to enforce their own criteria of morality on others, like anti-abortion, euthanasia, etc, maybe others would not bother too much

If believers from that particular religion do not sell the religion like salesmen saleswomen, few will take it negatively.
