I suppose any christian writer could have their way with secret sins and people who read their teachings would treat two matters seperately. At most, they'll just be called hypocrites. Viewership and followers abounds.
I read the wiki which says it was not clear whether he personally approved of the killing of Seventus.
Who cares about his preaching? I care more about his message.

Mc2 gives me the impression that 'theorists' like Calvin came out with their own 'theories'. Since Calvin is a bad apple (bloodthirsty rotten apple to be accurate), his 'theory' is also rotten.
