exactly.Originally posted by LazerLordz:then it's not our problem.
That kind of comment is irresponsible.Originally posted by Icemoon:exactly.
to be preicse, it is a family problem.
it is not irresponsible. you asked "what if they kid didn't say when asked" .. to which I replied this is their family problem. probably their relationship wasn't very good to begin with and as outsiders who know absolutely nothing, this is THEIR family problem.Originally posted by crazy monkey:That kind of comment is irresponsible.
But BB is a christian uniform group. when non-believers are admitted arent they expose to and are encouraged to convert ?
if that is so BB shd be aware of the potential conflict that may arise when the minor wants to convert.
to ignore this is being insensitive to the feelings of non-believers and ppl of other religion.
The conversion is simply between the church and the parent, nothing to do with the Brigade. And like I've said, as long as the parent is against it, the church won't force the child in any way. And, to my knowledge, the church will always ask the child to respect the parent wish as in the 10 commandment, "Honour Thy Father & Mother".Originally posted by crazy monkey:so what happen when there is a conflict between the child and parent regarding the coversion ? wats the stand of BB or the church ?
I see two issues here. Conversion and Baptism.Originally posted by photo_seeker:The conversion is simply between the church and the parent, nothing to do with the Brigade.
