novena up to simei sv5 still faster anyways.
i dun think i can make it go tampines west. if it goes simei it would be awkward to route it through tampines west.

No lah... Express 502 and 518 should remain(well at least their routing should) but Express 518 renumber to 501 for convenience sakes. Both of them are money makers and should remain that way. Have you seen 518 at Suntec at 8p.m? The SDs full till the door. Maybe employ B9TL/VSO on them can already.
Now Express 506 is the problem...

Then instead of turning into Bedok South, from Bedok Reservoir Road just head up Tpines Ave 4, Ave 7 then Tampines Interchange. Presto. You got your traffic!
I think all Xpress services now can put DDs. With the exception of 518... I think 518 DDs still can, but definitely not those VSOs, they would prolly fail out along the Republic Boulevard turn onto the ECP(that high high stretch)...
