  I think there should be some sort of peak hour bus services similar to premium that serves express routes in between those HDB estates with big populations like Jurong West, CCK and CBD.
  
  The operating details is as follows:
  Operating hours: Mon to Fri 0700-0900hrs (towards CBD)
  Mon to Fri 1700-1930hrs (towards heartlands)
  Fare: $S2 flat fare (Standing is allowed)
  Frequencies: 15 minutes.
  
  An example of such routes:
  Service 390: Yew Tee to Shenton Way
  CCK Nth 7, CCK Cres, CCK Nth 7, CCK Dr (Yew Tee MRT), CCK St 52, CCK Nth 5, CCK Way, KJE (Express), PIE (Express), Clementi Ave 6 (Express), AYE (Express), Anson Rd, Robinson Rd and Fullerton Rd

  I think we should have more services to link Tampines and Pasir Ris. 39 loops too much at Tampines, 81 makes a whole round and 3 is like a roller coaster, turning here and there. 15 is the only service but does not serve Downtown East or Tampines Int.

  The main purpose of 182 is to serve Tuas South and currently there are only 182 serving there. By extending the service to Malaysia you are just messing things up.
