So i landed in Seoul. we find..
.. is my tour bus. its a hyndai coach. hyndia has partner ships with mitshibishi in korea. so i not suprised if this thing is some 'aero" branded mitshubishi like product. Anyhow the bodywork is powertec, their local smart looking bus bodywork.
An Aiport limosine bus service;
Service 605
Kia Granbird coach
Royal Cruiser bodywork
Dash of my Hynudai coach in Seoul
Korea in May has very very low humidity. reported 15 percent. . that means u lose water like mad when u sweat. As such u thirst easily. as such all coach bus have this water dispenser. After coming back from Korea i am obsessed with finding such dispenser in hot humid singapore to quench my thsit as well.
u will also find water dispenser in every establishment in korea, from toursit attraction to restaurant. sure enough i heh heh chuan in korea easily cause always thisrtly. handy to keep bottles ard with u in ur bag .
rear of a torusit bus anyhow snap
Hyundai Aero-HiCVlass coach
Powertec bodywork
maybe same model s my coach. hyndia coaches provide smooth rides at 120km/h. very enthusing. engine hums like a Scania k124Eb coach. nice to hear.
This the chassis identification plate or vehicle identification number VIN plate of the Hyundai coach VIN are international 17 or 16 numerial and alphebetical codes that are tagged to a bus. Sort of like the IC of every bus in the world. .as u can see the first letter k is for korea bus. the MJRJ are japense n korean bus codings which some of us will associate with Hinos, isuzus and Mijis. 18 is soem model number for Hyndai. ||
ZYX and hyundai coaches
Korea Set 1
Seoul- Svc 281 (City bus)
Hyundai Aero City - this is an integrated bodywork so no need for me to say integrated bodywork in future pics

Seoul Svc 2012 9MRT feeder)

very like japanese bus looking. then again as i mentioned hyndai n Miji have this product called aero city...
notcie the 2012 svc number (bus cannot cameo0 and the tiny ad. i dun think there are such things as full ad buses in korea... yet
Seoul Svc 301 (city service)
Hyundai Aero city. with DPF
please note thhat the badge in front is not a hyndai badge but a aero city badge (wikipedia)
Seoul city bus services are generally divided into 4 city ecotrs 1xx serve here, 2xx serve to thre n 3xx serve to there. i seldom saw the 4xx buses. must be din go to those parts of Seoul. i heard svc 470 use european bendies. ..hmmm
train feeder Svc 2233
Daewoo ????? integrated bodywork as well.
Comes with DPF for lesser fumes.
Ok finally the first EDS bus i find. but man are these things tough to shoot. being such a noob then, i got this poor quality pic. and extra thanks to he Korean who block me.
Seoul city svc 500 ( must be some "express bus")
Daewoo BS106C
Fuel - NGV (natural gas vehicle). basically it simply means CNg bus.
Location: near Dotta mall.
the STN badge i dunno what it means. cd be the seoul trasnport co logo. or to signigify its a express svc.
Side EDS of that same Daewoo CNG bus....woh its in korean...so i dunno where it goes. lol
As with any major city, the local bus company sure has some tourist service for u to take to check out the city. They have Seoul City Tour bus svc. Rare to find the full-ad bus too.

this is macau. macau once colonised by the porteguese. So they drive on RHS of veh like us. is like hong Kong also colonnise by british. I wuun be suprise if Shanghai ppl also RHS drive.
next thing i will point out is just only 2 years, macau they start to fit EDS on their buses. hwaaahhh.
If u had been to Macau, u will know that msot of their bsues is the 10m 11mm or 9m type. hardly adeuqate for the locals to get ard on bus as very squeezy. i have mentioned in this thread ebfore 'as bus was packed, i cannot take interior pics"
see above pages for more macau bus taken by me
btw i had taken the pic of that model of bus. till now wondering what model, dun think is King Loong. i guess is Huang hai bus
cheers
Yes, Macau was once colonised by the portuguese, but thats not a reason why the traffic in Macau drives on the left (same as sg). Portugal drives on the right, not left.
The reason why Macau drives on the left is because most of their cars was imported thru Hong Kong, which drives on the left.
Preservered routemaster in korea

How come the bodywork manafacturer never took note of height limitations?
That bus is supposed to be able to pass it.
It's either the bodywork or the bridge it self i dunno

WHAT? It's the manufacturer's fault? Where did you get that idea from?
Mister. Listen up. The customer has been informed of the height of the bus. If the manufacturer has to satisfy all height clearance in Malaysia, THERE WILL BE NO DOUBLE-DECKERS. What makes you think that the manufacturer is suppose to make buses that can pass through ALL bridges?
In this case, it's highly likely that the fault lies with the driver, because obviously he does not know that the bridge is too low for the bus to pass through. Unlike scheduled bus services, express buses are known not to have specific routes, especially within a town or city. Whatever route can get them to the destination faster will be at the discretion of the drivers.
If I were to take your statement, I believe it's Walter Alexander's fault then that the Service 196 Atlantean crashed through the height barrier at Stadium Walk?
In any case, your last sentence should reflect yourself. If you have no idea, then shut the trap. I really can't understand why you LOVE to make yourself a subject of humiliation of others.

Sorry,i didn't thought of that when i posted that. I was having a headache then. Well, of course i dunno the height of the bridge but at just first glance i was putting the blame on the manafacturer of the body.
I apologise again and i'm trying to learn from my mistakes. I do not know how different an express bus service runs from a regular citybus route.
Sorry.

Is apology the only words which always come from you? You made so many unnecessary errors.
The bus company and the drivers bear some responsibility of the situation because they didn't check if the bus was able to pass the bridge or not. Instead they just let the bus go under the bridge. It isn't the government's fault. And since you know there's height restriction, why should you still drive the bus in?

Very rapid transit system-ish; does it display the timings for all the bus routes there, or does it only display the next arriving bus's timing?

I dunno which is which, but if I'm not wrong, the 243M photo is a Volvo Olympian.
