RTC is as good as going prison liao. I work with Youth deliquents for the past 2 years, there are things that i know can and things that i know cannot.

If police don't buy the gals word and the guy escape criminal act of having sex with minal, how?

Whether a girl has sex before anot can be check easily so theres no running away from it.
Regardless of how long later etc, a crime once commited is still a crime so don't anyhow teach kids to runaway and delay. The older they are, the harsher their punishment would get so don't try to act good and in the end make TS or his friend suffer even worse than would be.

Let me just say this: if your friend really had underaged sex, then if he's gonna get punished for it, that's entirely his problem. Do not turn his problem into your problem.
Whatever crazy scheme you two may have to get him out of trouble... please don't bother doing it. It is not worth it to get into trouble yourself just to get him out of trouble.
At the end of the day, we should all take responsibility for all the actions we do. If that means having your friend tossed into Boys' Home, so be it. It's time for him to learn what responsibility is all about.

Tell your 'friend' what had happened, had already happened. It's too late to change anything. Regret or remorse is too late. It had been a foolish, stupid, and an absolutely horrible act to force or seduce children for sex.
When he grows up and hopefully matures, it will be a shocking realization, a terrible scar upon his emotional being.
It may be too late to even make amends, for there is nothing that he can do, to make things right, for the horror he had done to another child, even if she had consented to it, for the child is innocent and naive, and most certainly not ready to handle the emotional forces at play in the sexual act as well as its responsibilities. It too will be a deeply hidden scar for her, espacially when your 'friend' had callously dumped her.
But it is not the end of the road for him. Everyone make mistakes in life, some slight, some major. BUT WE MUST PAY THE PRICE FOR MISTAKES MADE, or we will never learn and continue to make such mistakes over and over again, hurting even more people in the process.
Tell him to surrender to the police, admit his mistake, pay for the offence in a boys home for rehabilitation so that he may be set right. He is not an outcaste, and must not think himself as one. He needs proper guidance and counselling. The boys home will be the best possible way for him to grow and mature.
While it will not heal or help the poor girl he had seduced, at least he will be made aware of his crime or he will never learn and will only continue to harm others. Once he had done his time, he is once again a free man, more sensible hopefully, and make himself useful and be part of society again.
There is no other way.
He, by his own foolish doing, will have to grow up faster than others and be a man, taking responsibility for his own actions. To not do so, will render him forever a useless and hated beast by society, shunned by all, no matter how rich he is or becomes in life. Children are innocent. To have sex with them is heinous, if not gruesome to a civilised society he is part of.

Well! it is test who is innocent or who is more wicked. Not enough information to judge just by having sex. Usually boy/guy are predator or sex exploit. If you are one of them just face the justic and accept the punishment also good for your life. If that girl was already loose girl and you was trapped/ hooked just admit to your parents and consult the lawyer justic will be at your side. Either way you should reveal the matter and let it rest for your future peaceful life.
