In the past, youngsters would play catching, hantam bola, hopscotch, fighting spiders...... the blood all went to the muscles and kept them fit and healthy.
Now, they spend hours in front of the monitor surfing porn and watching sex scenes on TV..... the blood all went down to the wrong place instead.

Secondly, turn 16 doesnt give you a get out of jail pass. Fact is he had intercourse with a 14 year old girl.

As long as there can be evidence of sex below 14, regardless the current age, the crime is still the same. However the older the boy, the worse the punishment will get since at 15 he will only go boys home, after 16 and its likely to be RTC already.
