One day he said he wish Singapore will join back Malaysia. Nobody knows why he said that except me hahaha !
He just got smacked by the Chinese Govt in his Suzhou Project hahaha! So he realized Singapore was too insignificant when facing giant like China.
And so he dreamt of going back to Malaysia to be a DPM of some sort.

Singaporeans must first understand why Suzhou Project was so impt to him. And then you can understnd why we are in such dilemma today. A lot of things are being screwed up because of his craving for revenge.
Suzhou Project is his 第二春（second spring）or Singapore 2.0. It is very significant to him. It was dealer than his own life....
That is why he nurses a very huge personal grudge against the Chinese govt. This resulted his childish behaviour and irratioinal policies such as the one bringing in Indian Nationals to our Finance Industry to please India and to to entice it to join Asean Dialogue. He desperately wanted to upset the Chinese govt at all cost.

And then he probably ordered Mr G to cancel his trip to China during SARS giving them a vote of no confident. This make the Chinese really mad so they terminate economic exchange with Singapore in revenge when LHL visit Taiwan.
