its plain clear english in this MP's quote. No denying everyone read and interpretsthe words as plain english. That the quthor of tehse words equates 'gang rape' as an expression of democracy.
the truth and answer to this is round down to 2 possibilities
(1) MP who quote the words actually agree with the author and quotes it out of bravado, no knowing its consequences to the minds of the weak who might take his words as inspiration and think that rape - worse doing it orgy style, is right! its Democracy!
or
(2) MP feels otherwise but cannot fathom (or just anyhow quote the words becasue he feels it is cool) the words in plain english order (maybe last night played soccer very late vision bblurred sleepy cannot read properly) so just use the words as a quote to inspire the readers in a way he feel the coolest and in to building up home boyz rapport und spirit!
it its answer #1 - this MP is really screwed and sick in the mind!
if its answer #2 - this MP needs to go back to school
either way, he is unfit to be an MP!

most can pass and get diploma or a level with some brain memory power. same for degree holders.however when the time comes to analyisis before acting, it takes someone with a heart.
this guy only diploma, getting a pay so high and a post as MP is not what an average diploma holder can achieve easily. By chance he somehow manage to ';shine' and get this post in a GRC voting system, so that might explain his heiughten bravado and guts and the way he do things without going through the head.

if he take the bloody whole passage, and explan in detail each and every phrase with his own words to support his idea, make the people udnersatnd in plain english, then we all can read and see if he is right. Or if he really need to go back to school and learn proper grammar english usage and comprehension before returning to his role of an MP
dont expect readers to read your plain english post quote, go online and search the whole passage detail, break it down, try the best to explain and come to terms that it does not mean 'gang rape = democracy', then post online to help you to clear your name. you have to do it yourself. if people help you, the public may not even know your level of professioncy in the english language and comprehension. dont hide that maybe-fact anymore. show us your comprehension and composition level please.
