NEL Breakdown: Between Buangkok & Punggol. Shuttles.

Receive this information at 10pm.
Shuttles spotted:
SBS2764S and SBS9329U, all destos are fliped.DD is full to door. SBS640D on 43 is used as free shuttle, Buangkok Station is getting more and more crowded, there're more and more complains from passengers.
From 2229hrs, any sv27 buses available, passengers will board for free.
From 2231hrs, train service towards Punggol is back to normal, there'll be no more shuttles to Sengkang Stn from Buangkok.
2234hrs update:
SBS917G as NE15-17 shuttle -
will sbst be fined again for this incident..

Paper are used to indicate the shuttle buses. SBS981U and SBS8153R are in for this.

I took the NEL from Dhoby Ghaut before 10pm
Everything was still alright till it reached Boon Keng MRT where the train stalled there for 5mins before leaving for the next station. Some of the passengers were not happy and some alighted
This goes the same until Kovan MRT, where I alighted
The passenger service officer was stationed at the fare gate, asking passengers where they were heading to... -

at least SBST take initiative. i heard SMRT AMK-YIS disruption nothing right?

all passengers complain to inspectors for the long freq of free shuttle betwwen buangkok & skg.
2 type of shuttles:
(a) Punggol -> Buangkok NE15-NE17
Buses used: SBS 917G (HGDEP 43),SBS 981U (HGDEP 85) & SBS 8153R (HGDEP 34)
(b) Buangkok -> SengKang
Buses usedA: SBS 2764S (HGDEP 165), SBS 9329U (HGDEP 161)

Thing is, buses gotta be pulled out from their scheduled svs to cope w/ e MRT breakdown.. so it isn't train passengers affected

Who so free to standby so late at night?A/S shift BCs all go home liao, and do you know SBST is still short of P shift drivers? How many P-shift drivers can standby for such emergency? Get the parking attendants, mechanics, etc come and drive? Even if there's more standby BCs in the west, do you think they can make it all the way to those affected stations on time? No.

agree. all the shuttle are believed to be temp pulled out frm their svc to serve shuttle. cos all the buses on shuttle stil have their perm desto. even inspectors oso complain lol
